ShiftHound administrators can define credential rules and requirements for each department and job type throughout a facility or organization. Staff members who are out of compliance with these rules can be restricted from requesting shifts within a particular unit, and their status can also be viewed from the scheduling screen. Expected staffing levels can now be defined by shift and job type. As census fluctuates so does the target number of staff. This provides more accurate information on the Managers' dashboards, and also allows for more timely Open Shift creation and notification.
The Integration Engine continues to expand for clients with integration to third party systems. The new features include notification and alerts for data transfers, and variance reporting to compare actuals to scheduled times that exceed client-defined thresholds when integrating ShiftHound to Time and Attendance systems.
